This is the event that would turn into CKX. Chris Bullard, Kristina Garant and Rob Bellamy put their heads together on ways to make an event that would be fun and incorporate cosplay and games and help the community. CK Causeplay was born.

Saturday, March 15th, 2014 at the Legion on St. Clair Ave the first event was held. What was planned to have around 75 to 80 people attend brought in roughly 150 people.
